 Can I purchase additional items when I come to pick-up my order at the Market?

No. In an effort to reduce contact points, it will not be possible for us to process any additional transactions day of pick up. 

I will be unable to pick up my order at the date listed on my fulfillment email. Can I suspend my order for next week?

We cannot guarantee that the same products will be available next week. Please contact the office directly to learn about receiving a refund. You have until Thursday at midnight to cancel your order. 

I did not come to Market to pick-up my order. Can I get a refund?

All abandoned orders will be donated to the food bank. We can only issue you a refund if you canceled your order before Thursday at midnight (11:59 PM). Please contact the Market Office directly if this is the case.

I placed an order on Sunday, can I pick it up this Monday?

No. All orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight to be available for pick-up on Monday. Orders placed after this time will be automatically scheduled for pick-up for the following Monday. 

Are masks required at the Market?

The Olympia Farmers Market is following the directive issued by Thurston County’s Health Officer, Dr. Diane Yu. This states, “all individuals must wear face coverings over their noses and mouths, except when eating or drinking, when they will be at indoor public settings, or outdoor public locations where they cannot maintain distancing of approximately six feet from another individual who does not share their household.” You can read the official directive here:

What should I bring with me?

Bring your order number and last name. There is no need to bring any form of currency. There will be no opportunities for additional sales on the day of pick-up.

Who can come to the market during Wednesday pick-up? 

We ask that you send only one member of your family to pick up your order. If you arrive with accompanying individuals we will ask that you wait outside the Market. Exceptions to this rule will be made for dependents. Only individuals who have placed orders will be allowed to enter the Market. If you arrive at the Market without an order number, you will be unable to enter the Market.  

When I arrive at the Market where do I go? 

If you are traveling by car, park in the lot behind the Market building. The entrance to the barn will be located at the North entrance of the Market. Please tell staff your last name and order number confirmation. Staff will confirm your order number and give you your bags. 

Can the Market accommodate curbside pick-up?

Is the Market offering delivery?

At this time we cannot accommodate delivery. This service is for pick-up only. No delivery or shipping.
